2006-09-22	[INET]: Remove is_setbyuser patch	Louis Nyffenegger
	The value is_setbyuser from struct ip_options is never used and set only one time (http://linux-net.osdl.org/index.php/TODO#IPV4). This little patch removes it from the kernel source. 2006-01-03	[INET_SOCK]: Move struct inet_sock & helper functions to net/inet_sock.h	Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
	To help in reducing the number of include dependencies, several files were touched as they were getting needed headers indirectly for stuff they use.
