From b3e2d8874e8ba92bfefede645b8be2ec6c956933 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "dhananjay@netxen.com" Date: Tue, 28 Aug 2007 17:23:25 +0530 Subject: netxen: Avoid firmware load in PCI probe Loading firmware during PCI probe can lead to incorrect initialization, rendering the card unusable until next reboot. This was introduced a while ago as a workaround for firmware bug, a better workaround was submitted for this a while ago. So removing original hack that loads firmware during probe.
