USB: cdc_acm: Add support for pbLua console port
The pbLua firmware (http://pblua.com/) for the Lego Mindstorms NXT provides a CDC ACM port for it's serial console. This used to be detected automatically, but this support has been dropped, probably for sensible reasons. Explicitly add support for this device by adding an item to the device ID table.
