powerpc: Merge enough to start building in arch/powerpc.
This creates the directory structure under arch/powerpc and a bunch of Kconfig files. It does a first-cut merge of arch/powerpc/mm, arch/powerpc/lib and arch/powerpc/platforms/powermac. This is enough to build a 32-bit powermac kernel with ARCH=powerpc. For now we are getting some unmerged files from arch/ppc/kernel and arch/ppc/syslib, or arch/ppc64/kernel. This makes some minor changes to files in those directories and files outside arch/powerpc. The boot directory is still not merged. That's going to be interesting. + ---help---
+ This option supports the 2232 7-port serial card shipped with the
+ Amiga 2000 and other Zorro-bus machines, dating from 1989. At
+ a max of 19,200 bps, the ports are served by a 6551 ACIA UART chip
+ each, plus a 8520 CIA, and a master 6502 CPU and buffer as well. The
+ ports were connected with 8 pin DIN connectors on the card bracket,
+ for which 8 pin to DB25 adapters were supplied. The card also had
+ jumpers internally to toggle various pinning configurations.
+
