Staging: comedi: s526: Fix number of channels on DIO subdevice
Correct operation of INSN_CONFIG_DIO_INPUT and INSN_CONFIG_DIO_OUTPUT
and support INSN_CONFIG_DIO_QUERY. Thanks to Alessio Margan for some
testing.
