2008-04-19	[ARM] pxa: separate GPIOs and their mode definitions to pxa2xx-gpio.h	eric miao
	two reasons: 1. 2008-01-28	[ARM] 4762/1: Basic support for Toradex Colibri module	Daniel Mack
