2006-03-21[ARM] Remove asm/arch/irq.hRussell King
asm/arch/irq.h used to be included from asm/irq.h, but was removed from the ARM kernel a long time ago. Consequently, the contents of asm/arch/irq.h (which mostly contain a definition for fixup_irq()) have not been used. Hence, remove asm/arch/irq.h. Some machine support files incorrectly included this file, making little or no use of the contents. Move the contents to a local include file, and remove those include statements as well. 2006-01-13[ARM] 3260/1: remove phys_ram from struct machine_desc (part 2)Nicolas Pitre
Patch from Nicolas Pitre This field is redundent since it must be equal to PHYS_OFFSET anyway. Now that no code uses it anymore, mark it deprecated and remove all initializations from the tree. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nico@cam.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
