Seperate the IRQ power management code out of
the pm.c file, and add it to the relevant
system class devices.
Also make the suspend and resume code take
notice of the fact these registers can be
moved by compile time code.
Add fix from Ilya Yanok to also save the
INTSUBMSK over sleep.

Patch from Ben Dooks
The IRQ_EINT0 through IRQ_EINT3 handling has changed
on the S3C2412 from the previous SoCs in the range,
and thus we need to add code to handle this.
The changes come about due to these IRQs being
displayed in two different registers, and needing to
be acked and masked in both.

Patch from Ben Dooks
Move the decoding of the IRQ_EXT4 and above out of
the entry macro, and into an chained irq handler
as the EXTINT registers move depending on the CPU
being used.

This is part of Thomas Gleixner's generic IRQ patch, which converts
ARM to use the generic IRQ subsystem. Here, we wrap calls to
desc->handler() in an inline function, desc_handle_irq(). This
reduces the size of Thomas' patch since the changes become more
localised.

This is part of Thomas Gleixner's generic IRQ patch, which converts
ARM to use the generic IRQ subsystem. Here, we rename two of the
irq_chip methods - wake becomes set_wake, and type becomes set_type.

Patch from Ben Dooks
Remove the need for the #ifdefs and place the IRQ handling code for
the s3c2440 into a new file, which is only compiled when the
s3c2440 cpu support is enabled.

Patch from Ben Dooks
Fix the IRQ_LCD so that it is marked as valid
since we no longer de-mux this in the main IRQ
handler.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
