This file was moved in the big file move, but some OpenMoko specific
changes did not make it. This patch peels out the relevant bits and
adds them to the gpio.h file in the upstream location.
The only OpenMoko specific change is the definition of gpio_to_irq and
irq_to_gpio. These functions should really be defined in gpio_chip and
asm-generic/gpio.h; this is coming soon, but until then we'll just use
the Moko definitions that we've been using up until now.
This is not strictly correct for the GTA02 case, but it works given
the configuration that's currently in use. This can be fixed (and
should become evident) when the configuration options are cleaned up.

This file is OpenMoko specific and didn't get moved in the big file

and fix the references to it.

This cleans out some random externs in C files that checkpatch does not like
and introduces a couple of .h files to contain them. Plus some other minor
checkpatch style complaints.

This patch adds the gta01 backlight callback that defers the
restoring of the backlight until after the jbt driver has
resumed. This doesn't eliminate the flashing of the LCD on
the gta01, but it reduces it considerably.

This patch is to register pwm as platform driver to keep the PWM-related
config when system is in suspend/resume. This could fix the following
issue after resume:
- HDQ read timeout
- LEDs blinked abnormally(if LEDs is driven by PWM)

Add missing platform_data that caused the GTA01 to crash on suspend/resume
The interface to the jbt6k74 driver changed slightly; this patch adds the
missing platform_data for the GTA01. This prevents a crash while suspending.
This patch also makes some minor changes to cleanup and clarify some debug
messages.

Patch to register the SPI device and thus the save/resume for the display
This patch does *NOT* resolve this problem, but it does make things a bit
better. The SPI device name changed with 2.6.24, and the change was made for
the gta02 but never propagated to the gta01. With this change, you'll now see
the entries for the spi bus and the display controller in /sys; and the display
controller suspend/resume functions will be called.

- Any setting of any PIN on bank B will undo the LED setting.
Introduce neo1973_gpb_set_pin to set the PIN in a way not losing
the LED or any other shadowed setting.

This driver adds support for the SPI-based control interface of the LCM (LCD
Panel) found on the FIC GTA01 hardware.
The specific panel in this hardware is a TPO TD028TTEC1, but the driver should
be able to drive any other diplay based on the JBT6K74-AS controller ASIC.

We need to add plat-s3c to the build to get the headers
that will go in here once moved from include/asm-arm so
we may as well put some useful common s3c code in here
to stop the errors generated form having nothing built.
The cpu setup is now passed the cpu idcode and the table
of supported cpus to s3c_init_cpu() to abstract the
cpu identification out of the initial io setup.
As well as moving the cpu initialisation code, we move the
map of the board specific items up to the calling code as
none of the map_io() functions actually do anything other
than pass this to iotable_init().
This patch does not rename any of the init functions that
will be common to s3c24xx and any other s3c architectures
as this can be done at a later date as it will touch all
the board support files which use functions such as
s3c24xx_init_clocks() and s3c24xx_init_uarts().
Note, the header arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat/cpu.h
still has functions that are used by both the cpu and
board initialisation functions. This means that each board
has definitions specific to the cpu support included and
the vice-versa.

Split the map.h definitions into common S3C24XX code by
adding arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat/map.h and
altering the machine specific header for the S3C24A0.

in arch/arm/plat-s3c include directory to be called
map-base.h to distinguish the two files.
