Most of these guys are simply not needed (pulled by other stuff
via asm-i386/hardirq.h). One that is not entirely useless is hilarious -
arch/i386/oprofile/nmi_timer_int.c includes linux/irq.h... as a way to
get linux/errno.h

This patch disables interrupt generation from the legacy pic on reboot. Now
that there is a sys_device class it should not be called while drivers are
still using interrupts.
There is a report about this breaking ACPI power off on some systems.

However the final comment seems to exonerate this code. So until
I get more information I believe that was a false positive.

I thought I'm done with fixing u32 vs. pm_message_t ... unfortunately
that turned out not to be the case as Russel King pointed out. Here are

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
