Instead of assuming that host is powered on only once at card insertion, allow for the possibility that memstick layer may need to cycle card's power to get it out from some unhealthy states. 2008-03-10tifm: fix the MemoryStick host fifo handling codeAlex Dubov
Additional input received from JMicron on MemoryStick host interfaces showed that some assumtions in fifo handling code were incorrect. This patch also fixes data corruption used to occure during PIO transfers.
