2007-10-10cxgb3 - Update engine microcode versionDivy Le Ray
The new microcode engine version is set to 1.1.0 Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - Add T3C revDivy Le Ray
add driver recognition for T3C rev board. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - remove false positive in xgmac workaroundDivy Le Ray
Qualify toggling of xgmac tx enable with not getting pause frames, we might not make forward progress because the peer is sending lots of pause frames. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - Firmware updateDivy Le Ray
Update firmware version. Allow the driver to be up and running with older FW image Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - log adapter serial numberDivy Le Ray
Log HW serial number when cxgb3 module is loaded. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - Update rx coalescing lengthDivy Le Ray
Reduce Rx coalescing length to 12288 Large bursts from the adapter to the host create back pressure on the chip. Reducing the burst size avoids the issue. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-10-10cxgb3 - MAC workaround updateDivy Le Ray
Update the MAC workaround to deal with switches that do not honor pause frames. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-08-31- cxgb3 engine microcode loadDivy Le Ray
Load the engine microcode when an interface is brought up, instead of of doing it when the module is loaded. Loosen up tight binding between the driver and the engine microcode version. There is no need for microcode update with T3A boards. Fix the file naming. Do a better job at logging the loading activity. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-07-08cxgb3 - TP SRAM updateDivy Le Ray
The chip executes microcode present in internal RAM, whose content is loaded from EEPROM on power cycle. This patch allows an update of the microcode through PIO without forcing a power cycle. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-04-11cxgb3 - MAC watchdog updateDivy Le Ray
The MAC watchdog was failing if the peer interface was brought down. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-04-03cxgb3 - detect NIC only adaptersDivy Le Ray
Differentiate NIC only adapters from RNICs. Initialize offload capabilities for RNICs only. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-04-03cxgb3 - Safeguard TCAM size usageDivy Le Ray
Ensure that the TCAM active region size is at least 16. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-03-23cxgb3 - Fix potential MAC hangDivy Le Ray
Under rare conditions, the MAC might hang while generating a pause frame. This patch fine tunes the MAC settings to avoid the issue, allows for periodic MAC state check, and triggers a recovery if hung. Also fix one MAC statistics counter for the rev board T3B2. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-02-05cxgb3 - Add dual licensingDivy Le Ray
Dual licensing, needed for OFED 1.2 Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
2007-02-05Add support for the latest 1G/10G Chelsio adapter, T3.Divy Le Ray
This driver is required by the Chelsio T3 RDMA driver posted by Steve Wise. Signed-off-by: Divy Le Ray <divy@chelsio.com> Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
