2005-11-17[PATCH] ipw2200: fix error log offset calculationZhu Yi
This fixes a slab corruption issue in the ipw2200 driver: it essentially multiplied the error log number _twice_ by the size of the error element entry (once explicitly in the code, and once implicitly as part of the regular pointer arithmetic). 2005-11-17[PATCH] ipw2200: disallow direct scanning when device is downPekka Enberg
The function ipw_request_direct_scan() should bail out when the device is down. This fixes a lockup caused by wpa_supplicant triggering ipw_request_direct_scan() while the driver was in a middle of a reset due to firmware errors. Thanks to Zilvinas Valinskas for reporting the bug and helping me debug it. 2005-11-16[PATCH] hostap: rename hostap.c to hostap_main.cAdrian Bunk
I wanted to remove the #include "hostap_ioctl.c" from hostap.c and build hostap_ioctl.c separately, but this doesn't work since hostap.c has the same name as the module. After renaming hostap.c this will be possible. Signed-off-by: Adrian Bunk <bunk@stusta.de> Acked-by: Jouni Malinen <jkmaline@cc.hut.fi> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>

2005-11-16[PATCH] atmel: CodingStyle cleanupCarlo Perassi

2005-11-16[PATCH] Remove drivers/net/wan/lmc/lmc_prot.hTobias Klauser

2005-11-16[PATCH] skge: fix warning from inlining SkPciWriteCfgDWord()John W. Linville
Making SkPciWriteCfgDWord a static inline produces a warning due to a forward declaration in skdrv2nd.h. This patch removes that declaration. Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2005-11-16[PATCH] drivers/net/sk98lin/skge.c: make SkPciWriteCfgDWord() a static inlineAdrian Bunk

2005-11-13[PATCH] ppc: add support for new powerbooksOlof Johansson
Enablement patch for the new PowerBooks (late 2005 edition). This enables the ATA controller, Gigabit ethernet and basic AGP setup. Bluetooth works out-of-the box after running hid2hci. Still remaining is to get the touchpad to work, the simple change of just adding the new USB ids isn't enough. 2005-11-13[PATCH] move pm_register/etc. to CONFIG_PM_LEGACY, pm_legacy.hJeff Garzik

2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: add sysfs functionality to bonding (large)Mitch Williams
This large patch adds sysfs functionality to the channel bonding module. Bonds can be added, removed, and reconfigured at runtime without having to reload the module. Multiple bonds with different configurations are easily configured, and ifenslave is no longer required to configure bonds. 2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: Allow ARP target table to have empty entriesMitch Williams
With the sysfs interface, the user can remove entries from the ARP table at runtime. The ARP monitor code now allows for empty entries in the table. 2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: make bond_init not __initMitch Williams

2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: move bond creation into separate functionMitch Williams
The sysfs interface can create bonds at runtime, so we need a separate function to do this, instead of just doing it in the module init code. Signed-off-by: Mitch Williams <mitch.a.williams@intel.com> Acked-by: Jay Vosburgh <fubar@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: make functions not staticMitch Williams
The sysfs code needs access these functions, so make them not static, and move the protos to the header file. Signed-off-by: Mitch Williams <mitch.a.williams@intel.com> Acked-by: Jay Vosburgh <fubar@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: expose some structsMitch Williams
The sysfs code needs to know what these structs look like, so make them not static, and move the definition to the header. Signed-off-by: Mitch Williams <mitch.a.williams@intel.com> Acked-by: Jay Vosburgh <fubar@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: explicitly clear RLB flag during ALB initMitch Williams
Explicitly clear RLB flag during ALB init. This is needed for sysfs support, since the bond mode can be changed at runtime via sysfs. Signed-off-by: Mitch Williams <mitch.a.williams@intel.com> Acked-by: Jay Vosburgh <fubar@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: move kmalloc out of spinlock in ALB initMitch Williams

2005-11-13[PATCH] bonding: get slave name from actual slave instead of param listMitch Williams
Take the primary slave name shown in /proc from the actual slave dev instead of from the command-line parameter, which won't be present if the bond is created via sysfs. Signed-off-by: Mitch Williams <mitch.a.williams@intel.com> Acked-by: Jay Vosburgh <fubar@us.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
