2005-11-17[PATCH] ipw2200: disallow direct scanning when device is downPekka Enberg
The function ipw_request_direct_scan() should bail out when the device is down. This fixes a lockup caused by wpa_supplicant triggering ipw_request_direct_scan() while the driver was in a middle of a reset due to firmware errors. Enablement patch for the new PowerBooks (late 2005 edition). This enables the ATA controller, Gigabit ethernet and basic AGP setup. Bluetooth works out-of-the box after running hid2hci. Still remaining is to get the touchpad to work, the simple change of just adding the new USB ids isn't enough.
