Use the new typedef for interrupt handler function pointers rather than
actually spelling out the full thing each time. This was scripted with the
following small shell script:

Untested, but this should fix up the bulk of the totally mechanical
issues, and should make the actual detail fixing easier.

Allow PXA platforms to pass an appropriate delay value to the
PXA MCI driver for delaying detection changes.

Add a write protection switch handling code to the PXA MMC driver so
that platform specific code can provide it if available.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
