2008-02-19linux/hdsmart.h: fix goofups (take 2)Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz
Fix goofups of commit 76166952bbc81dda1c8a8c14e75a2aa06f6c052c ("<linux/hdsmart.h> is not used by kernel code"). Also update include/linux/Kbuild to reflect the fact that hdsmart.h uses __KERNEL__ ifdefs now. Reported-by: "Robert P. J. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
