Staging: hv: remove ChannelMessages.h
It's only ever used within the ChannelMgmt.h file, so pull it into there. No code changes here, just file movements. Cc: Hank Janssen <hjanssen@microsoft.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
