2006-03-27powerpc: Move l2cr.S over to arch/powerpcPaul Mackerras
No functional changes, but call it l2cr_6xx.S since it is specific to 6xx-family (including G3/750 and G4/74xx) processors. Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
2005-10-17ppc32: use L1_CACHE_SHIFT/L1_CACHE_BYTESStephen Rothwell
instead of L1_CACHE_LINE_SIZE and LG_L1_CACHE_LINE_SIZE Signed-off-by: Stephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au>
2005-09-01[PATCH] ppc: L2 cache prefetch fixes on 745xKumar Gala
We run into problems if we blindly enable L2 prefetching without checking that the L2 cache is actually enabled. Additionaly, if we disable the L2 cache we need to ensure that we disable L2 prefetching. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
